Support Group Information


Support Group Meetings

Our Support Group Meetings are open to patients of any surgeon, who've had any operation. There is no medical advice given at the Support Group Meetings, but there are for designed to allow the patients to interact, to have speakers on subjects of interest, and to provide resources and contacts for patients.

We Have Three Local Support Group Meetings Each Month:

2nd SATURDAY of each month:
Near Cobb Hospital 9:00am – 11:30 am
The WellStar North Professional Building, in the Oran Conference Room
1791 Mulkey Road
Austell, GA 30106

Note: The October 2011 meeting is the Vendor Fair, and that meeting will be held in Auditorium 1 at Cobb Hospital.

3rd THURSDAY of each month:
Near Windy Hill Hospital
6:30pm – 8:30pm
Wellstar Development Center
Across Windy Hill Road from Windy Hill Hospital,
2000 South Park Place

Directions to this site:
Off I-75, Take Windy Hill Road Exit, Go West, then turn North (right) at the traffic light opposite Windy Hill Hospital (South Park Drive), the WellStar Development Center Building is on the Left, at 2000 South Park Place. Go in the Front Entrance, turn right down hall, and look for the Chattooga Room.

3rd TUESDAY of each month:
Near Kennestone Hospital
6:30pm – 8:30pm
